The format for the August match of the Flatlanders was a little unorthodox, to say the least.

   It was inspired a couple of weeks ago by Anheuser Busch, and this is how it went. Nine rounds of NO-X elimination nine, twelve, and fifteen feet, three rounds at each distance.

   the first three rounds were from nine, twelve, and fifteen feet, in that order. The last six rounds consisted of two rounds from each distance, determined by drawing a card with that distance written upon it.

   AS it turned out, the final two rounds were shot at nine feet and the fastest times posted from the ninth and final round created the tie-breakers for duplicate X-counts.

   Here are the results from the fiasco that culminate into the shoot-out of the top five.
